Michelle’s Airkey design 

Michelle has an apartment located just minutes away from London Bridge. The apartment was tired and not meeting the true revenue potential nor the average occupancy rate of homes in the area. Following our designers visit we recommended a refresh prior to joining Airkey in order to maximise her apartments potential. The new design concept revealed the true character of Sophie’s stunning home.

James’ Airkey design 

James’ apartment just minutes from Paddington station was in a prime location, however, lacked the character and appeal for the Airbnb market. Our team provided design concepts, which fitted Lyn’s budget.This resulted in a modern, sleek and welcoming concept to appeal to Airkey’s guest standards.
